The aluminium profiles are manufactured from EN AW – 6060 T66 according to the dimensional tolerance DIN 12020-2.
All powder-coated surfaces are executed according to GSB – guideline (GSB International) for piece coating. Anodized surfaces are produced according to DIN 17611 and monitored by the EURAS EWAA quality mark.

Our products are manufactured in a planning and production process that is aligned and monitored according to DIN EN 1090-3, in which all relevant data is listed, checked and archived.

The certification according to DIN EN 1090 -2 (steel structures) and DIN EN 1090 -3 (aluminium structures) has been confirmed for the execution class EXC 2 by the ZDH – Zert GmbH.

Herewith we fulfill the legal requirements to produce our structures also for public buildings.

Our thermally separated profiles (metal-plastic composite profiles for overhead applications) have been tested by IFT, the Institute for Window Technology in Rosenheim. The composite characteristics (shear load capacity, transverse tensile load capacity and shear spring stiffness) were tested in the temperature ranges from -20°C to 90°C and the suitability of the profiles for use in all load ranges was confirmed without restriction.

As initial member of the Federal association winter garden registered association we support the interests of our members regarding a transparent and efficient operational sequence in the planning and execution phase of the project engineering.

As a master craftsman’s business, our constructions are planned and produced by trained specialists. Our externally trained welders are subject to constant control by our own international welding specialist.
