LAMBDA WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEM

During the development of the Lambda window and door system modular system, suggestions from practice and customer requests were consistently thought through to the end with many years of engineering know-how. The result: slim views, best thermal insulation properties, economical processing and versatile application possibilities.

Thanks to its ingenious design with modern multi-chamber profiles, this modular system meets all the thermal insulation requirements of the German Energy Saving Ordinance at a construction depth of only 75 mm.

Great freedom of design

With two design variants, Lambda WS/DS 075 opens up additional design freedom for planners and architects: Slanted cover frames offer genuine “Classic Design” especially for old buildings, while the “Rounded Design” with its gently rounded profile geometry sets accents. The design variants are complemented by matching inner glazing beads and an exclusive handle design.

A wide range of variants

In addition to the “classic” window, the system is supplemented by variants with an internal casement, outward opening window, ventilation flap or the elegant Lambda WS 075 FC window facade.

GEN 4.0

GEN 4.0: MINIMIZED ASSEMBLY TIME – HIGHEST QUALITY

Thanks to the unique drive rod concept, the engineers have saved entire work steps. GEN 4.0 consists of only a few components, which are inserted and clipped or clamped from the outside without additional processing. This means that this fitting can not only be processed quickly once, but can also be dismantled non-destructively – even in the concealed version. A further highlight: Even when installed, GEN 4.0 can be easily upgraded or retrofitted to burglar resistance classes RC2 and RC3. Furthermore, it is optionally available with lock monitoring.

GEN 4.0 is available as a turn-tilt, KvD, turn, tilt and faceplate fitting with the hinge side either open or concealed as well as for parallel sliding windows. Particularly large window areas can be realized with the two heavy-duty versions as turn-tilt fitting up to 300 kilos and turn-tilt fitting up to 200 kilos sash weight. In addition to the elegant handles of the exclusive handle line, all commercially available handles with 7 mm square and 43 mm screw spacing can be used with GEN 4.0. Due to the particularly dense interlocking of the components, turning the window handle here feels much more comfortable than with conventional fittings.

VOLATO M+

VOLATO M+ – LIFT AND SLIDE SYSTEM

With large glass surfaces and slim elevations, the Volato M+ lift and slide system opens up great design freedom for planners and architects. A practice-oriented selection of different track layouts – including a “monorail” version with a fixed panel – creates scope for the realization of architectural concepts. A completely new generation of fittings, which allows for higher sash weights, provides for special operating comfort. With a gear damper, it also reduces the force required to open the sash and conveniently lowers the sash when closing. The optional electric Lift & Slide drive provides even greater convenience, making opening and closing the sash even smoother.

VOLATO SLS 075

VOLATO SLS 075 SLIDING SYSTEM / SLIDING SYSTEM

With very filigree views and large glass surfaces, the Volato SLS 075 sliding series opens up a wide range of design options for architects and planners. Due to frame construction depths from 75 mm, the easy-to-operate aluminium sliding system is compatible with the Lambda WS/DS 075 window and door construction kit. The various design variants as single, double or triple-track versions as well as “monorail” create design freedom for the development of attractive architectural concepts. Within the framework of the series-spanning common part concept, Volato SLS 075 is not only optimized for processing, but also very easy and efficient to assemble.
