Profile series and applications
The products are delivered from Großefehn/East Frisia to processing companies and to the specialized trade.
The profiles consist of corrosion-resistant, extruded, anodized or powder-coated aluminum profiles (EN AW-6060 T66). The thermal separation and mechanical connection of the outer and inner shell of the profile is realized by shear and pressure resistant polyamide plastic webs. Already in 1995 the composite characteristics and the thermal insulation values were confirmed by the Institut für Fenstertechnik e.V. in Rosenheim.
In addition to the thermo-insulated profile series S6000i, 1000, 1000 plus, 1000 mini and 2100, our profile series also includes the non-insulated profile series 3000 for terrace roofs, sun gardens, outdoor kitchens and carports.
The profile series for load-bearing substructures (laying profile VS60 and VS80), the canopy system and the aluminium roof windows, as well as standard profiles complete the product range.
All profiles can be ordered in staggered stock lengths for in-house production. The nationwide delivery of the profiles takes place within 14 days. The designs of the roof forms or roof types are almost unlimited:
- Saddle roofs
- Pyramid shapes
- inside and outside corners
- Front and side hulling and other roof shapes
- can be realized in all colors of the RAL card and other colors
- two-colored and coated profiles with an attractive wood look are also available
All roofings are also delivered ready-made to the specialized trade throughout Europe.
