Double miter saw DG 244
For the effective processing of aluminium and steel profiles we have powerful, computer-controlled processing machines at our disposal.
Our double mitre saw (DG 244) uses two carbide-tipped circular saw blades (D = 550 mm) to cut large aluminum profiles on both sides precisely to the desired angular cuts. The dimensions are entered either directly at the machine via a touch-screen monitor or conveniently from the office via data cable. With the label printer, each profile is individually marked.

SBZ 140 processing center for rods
The rod machining center (SBZ 140) carries out drilling, milling and notching operations on aluminum profiles up to a total length of 9600 mm. The machining is carried out by a mobile tool magazine with 8 different tools on the resting bar. This type of machining is particularly gentle on the workpiece.
The computer-controlled 4-axis control allows extensive machining on the front sides of the profile, as well as from above, left and right, without the rod having to be reclamped. A sophisticated clamping management system automatically fixes the workpiece and thus ensures a secure hold.
By individually importing sectional drawings into the software, it is also possible to carry out processing to customer order on standard, third-party and special profiles.
