Profile development
Our profile development can look back on more than 30 years of experience.
Within this time more than 160 different aluminium profiles in insulated and non-insulated versions have been developed. From these profiles, 16 different systems for different requirements have been created so far. Many of these aluminium profiles are compatible with each other across series.
In the development of our systems we can fall back on a digital drawing technique and simulation programs for heat flow calculation. Digital prototyping is also one of the possible aids during the development phase of new profiles.
This enables us to make further optimizations to the geometry of the new profile to be created at an early stage.
On request, we can also assist you in the development, storage and on-time delivery of your special profiles.
