Roof glazing, solar protection and energy gain combined in one product:
- with PV modules for patio roofs, summer gardens and carports in a Composite glass – variant
- for conservatories with PV-modules in combination with double- or triple – insulating glass
- with concealed cabling and connections
- with semitransparent PV modules* (partially translucent)
Contribute to actively shaping the energy transition and use our PV solutions to achieve maximum independence of your customer from the public power grid.
The following systems are available:
-
PV 3000 -uninsulated-
Application e.g. as patio roofing, carport or bus shelter
-
PV 80 -uninsulated-
Due to the flat outer structure, hardly any shadows cast.
Application e.g. as a summer garden -
PV 80 as laying system -insulated-
A system to supplement for load-bearing wooden structures.
Application e.g. as carport or in-roof constructions. -
PV 80 with self-supporting internal static -insulated-
Due to the flat outer structure, hardly any shadows are cast.
Completely insulated system.
PV modules in ISO glass design can be used.
Application e.g. as premium summer garden or conservatory.
-
PV S6000i -highly insulated-
System highly thermally insulated. PV modules in triple ISO glass design.
Application as a conservatory for living room extension.
The Schilling PV systems guarantee simple and safe glazing with semi-transparent PV modules for uninsulated terrace roofs as well as for sun gardens and conservatories in insulated or highly insulated design. They are also available as installation system for secure glazing edging of gluelam or steel substructures.

Through the possibility of using a conservatory, a south garden or a carport with integrated semi-transparent solar modules, you have a very modern and sustainable product with our solar roof. In the future, you will simply produce the required electricity yourself, for example for the integrated LED lighting or heating for your roofing.
*The thin-film PV modules (semi-transparent photovoltaic modules) are partially translucent and therefore offer effective sun protection.
They are thinner than conventional modules and have no aluminum frame. Therefore they can be used like a glass roof. These PV modules give the entire object an aesthetic appearance and deliver a relatively high energy yield.
With profile systems that are precisely matched to these PV modules, the necessary cabling of the individual PV modules is integrated into the profile system.
The transparent PV modules are available in two versions: as monoglass and as insulating glass. Due to a flexible composition and the variable sizes, they can be used in many different ways. Even under less ideal conditions (e.g. diffuse light or low roof pitch) these modules still allow a good yield compared to standard PV modules.
